So I went out to celebrate one of my best friends birthday (Stacie Anzai). I used the Crimson Amulet Collection from NYX's Dark Shadows Inspired makeup palette. Check out my tutorial on this look.

By the way, I absolutely loved the colors, the makeup stayed on all night!!
 Also used their new MATTE BRONZER in Dark Tan to contour.....love them!!!
We had a blast!! Some of us have been friends for almost 20 years!! Yes I'm that old!! haha...but we're still beautiful as ever!! Love you guys!!!

Check out my newest face paint, sorry I didn't do a video tutorial on it. But here's how I did the look: 1. First I made sure to have my base, foundation and blush on. Then,  I used Diamond FX's Euro Split cake in "Sunshine" and a flat brush. I used only the orange and yellow color on the split cake, and applied to my face, sweeping around the eyes and on the forehead creating a flame looking design. 2. Next I used Diamond Fx in Essential Black, and White and number two round brush to create the shadows and highlights on the flames. I added small wispy lines to give it an artistic smokey line effect, and also added small dots here and there. 3. Mac Marshall’s, “Openings” from Namoluk Beyond the Reef really hit a core inside of me. His discussion of how places can trigger self-reflection and cause people to identify with them and others, and how this has led to an ongoing argument in anthropology over this idea of “globalization,” reminded me of a conversation I had a few years back with a good friend.   Our discussion, which was about how we stood on the issue of the Thirty-Meter-Telescope on the top of Maunakea, had become one of a passionate but friendly discourse.
